Open Retail Solutions based in Nottingham, we are are a leading supplier of EPoS Systems and Epos Software. Our philosphy to business is simple, we aim for long-term relationships with our customers in every case. Customers purchasing the OpenXpos package receive a proven solution including pre delivery planning, on-site installation, training and helpline support. Looking to the future, we grow our customer base at a rate which will not compromise our service levels to existing customers. We are still adding new features thanks to the vast experience of our team, who develop around how these different retailers operate their businesses.

Open Retail solutions stock control solution OPENXPOS helps retailers, as it has been developed with their feedback. Our customers include garden centres, farm shops, clothing/footwear, pets/aquatics, lighting/furniture, jewellers. MULTI CHANNEL
Open Retail Openxpos is scaleable package from single to multi-branch and trading in store via touch tills or integrated with a web cart. Our systems have been developed over time to provide true multichannel retail where retailers who sell online can check and get the orders dealt with by the shop stock. The new stock position being sent back to the website to show the true available stock. It also captures and merges web and till sales to see total sales performance.

Our EPOS hardware supplier offers a comprehensive range of till equipment to handle all serving counter layouts. It is robust hardware which is designed to last even in the harshest of retail environments. Although tills are the major item, credit cards, radio handsets, weigh scales, product labelling, cd name lookup are some of the addons available.
