Obviously the system cannot work without products, so decide who supplies them and which sales department they belong to and key them in. The system will protect you against loading them twice and help set a realistic sell price based on cost price and margin required. Once loaded the products can be changed as required, including pictures and labelling text.

Rather than make a product line per supplier, we support multiple suppliers for one line. This means that the stock and sales are for all suppliers which saves double ordering. The calculator function is the means of recording not only the suppliers but their unique information on cost price, outer qty, barcode and product reference.

To help find a product quickly to work on it, we offer lots of search selections. For example by stock code, barcode, description,supplier, sales group, supplier reference and a number of multiple combinations.

Stock Multi maintenance

When a change affects lots of items and relates to the same change then we provide a multi maintenance facility. This lets you pick working list of products and changes one value like change supplier or sales group or a data field like vat rate.



Price Multi maintenance

Similar in concept to data fields but more specific to pricing issues. Lets you deal with the situation of a supplier Increasing his cost prices by 2%. Normally a lot of work , but as well as calculating the cost price , you also see the selling price impact and have a chance to change that too.


Customer Maint

The creation and maintenance of customer address and contact details.There are different types of customer normal, staff, loyalty and trade who get credit . There is a postcode CD to help with accurate address loading and cards can be used to identify customers at the till.


Discounts and Loyalty

These profiles cover ranges of customers and determine what discount rate or loyalty point multiplier will be used on each sales grouping. The customers then get put onto one of these profiles if they belong to a discount club or get loyalty.
