The Customer Background
The Welsh Wool shop is situated on a main tourist route in North Wales on the A5 in Bets-y-Coed. The offer a lot of clothing suitable for the area with waterproofs and walking gear many from brand name suppliers like Barbour. They also provide gift and tourist souvenir items as well.
The Need for Change
Their previous system was in need of a revamp to keep up with the current and future plans of the business to become a multi channel retailer. The existing local supplied ecommerce wasn't delivering the goods either
The Solution
Introduce the Openxpos stock system in the shop as well as improving the tills install radio coverage and radio handset counting throughout the shop and storage areas.
