The Customer Background
Located in a major plant distrubution they are a trade only outlet based at Crews Hill and they wholesale to their own and other garden centres, florists and landscapers.
The Need for Change
Their current epos supplier had gone bust and only one till was working. If any issue happened then they were exposed on serving customers. We had met their other company a garden centre venture at a trade show and where due to relaunch imminently.
The Solution
We put in touch tills for both sites and copied across product details from the old system to the new, avoiding the need to relabel the whole premises.
