The Customer Background
Crumbs was originally a farm shop franchise based at the Shoots Garden Centre at Washington. Shoots eventually took the business over and installed Openxpos which ist uses in the Garden Centre and treated it as just another set of tills
The Need for Change
The previous system had good freestanding scales for butchery and deli but nothing for loose fruit and veg which is the majority of the business.;
