No so much a need for change more to set off on the right foot in the first place. They knew epos would help but also wanted some specific features in place from day one like opening offer promotions and registering customers fro loyalty membership.
The Solution
As per usual install Openxpos stock system for the tills and stock control but due to the number of products to load in a very short space of time the import from excel feature was a huge help.
