The Customer Background
Puxton Park is a combines a kids play visitor attraction , a farm shop and a restaurant and is conveniently located just off the M5 at Weston Super Mare. There is still strong element of a working farm as well.
The Need for Change
The epos system at the time was linked to Sage accounts and not only was working poorly for sales and stock but was causing corruptions in the sales ledgers meaning the company accounts were coming off very late.
The Solution
We had to assess what equipment they had and make the best of it. We installed Openxpos stock control and ahve progressively worked through each section ensuring base functions can be relied on.
