Feb 2009 Welcome to a new customer
Open Retail Solutions would like to welcome Chapel End Nursery, Stanstead to the ever increasing list of new users. As well as being a two till nursery , they are also installing full radio coverage for stock taking of their outside plant areas.
Jan 2009 Congratulations on going live , again
Open Retail Solutions were please to arrange the move of Pets Parlour to there new out of town trading location Nr Bourne , Lincs. As well as merging their pet and animal feed product ranges , they have also launched a new ecommerce site produced by Webcatch, called everything-4-pets

Open Retail Solutions are currently carrying out openxpos upgrades following on from the news letter after the user group meeting. It was quite clear a number of customer are thinking of on site training , which can be arranged for one of the ten courses on offer or just support to you staff on new topics such as stock taking.

4th and 5th Nov 08 - User Group
Open Retail Solutions customer user base meeting to discuss fixes , development and training.
Customer come from as far away as Jersey and Ireland. As well as a chance to discuss the progress of the openxpos stock control package. Customers find it really useful to share experiences and information with other retailers in the same sector.
