Hardware- Digipos award winning touch tills networked to Dell server and works stations running SQL server database.
Software- Open Retail Solutions developed OPENXPOS stock control system for the back office, with a sales reporting pack to track best and worst sellers and sale groups profitability performance.
Promotions- Offering a full range of promotions,including multi-buys, mix and match, cheapest free and supplier vouchers all date controlled and monitored on performance.
Credit Cards - a choice of Commidea or Yespay integrated solutions - fully chip and pin compliant pin pads.
Customers- a full set of account and loyalty functionality built in - customers cards allow tracking of all customer sales and the provision of a points system, with own voucher rewards - includes post code lookup.

Open Retail was a good choice, they are friendly and helpful people. However more importantly they have a good product.
You can see it was developed in conjunction with other retailers through their use of user meetings and support lines they listen to your problems. I am not saying that they offer overnight fixes, but they add your suggestions into the system over time.

Leave the M1 at junction 25 then take the A52 towards Nottingham.
From the North take the Ist exit or from The South take the fourth exit.
Follow the road up to a multiple set of lights and roundabout combination (called Bardills roundabout) Stay in the left lane and a carry towards Nottingham.
You should now be going down a slope and approach a set of over head traffic lights (called Bramcote) again straight on.
Next up a slight rise and then pass through a pelican set of lights and then in 100yds a full set of T lights, straight on again.
Follow down the dual carriage way and through the next set of lights and straight on at the roundabout.(Priory)
You will arrive at a big roundabout where you turn right onto the Nottingham ringroad ( Queens Medical Centre)
Come of at the next exit , just before the flyover, and then take the first left.
Straight on at the pelican lights and left at the traffic lights (White Hart)
Immediately turn left and look for our office in 100yds on the lhs (Meads and Webcatch sign on wall)
