RESTAURANTS - ordering , kitchen and serving
Using the flexible touch layout you can pick you meal or drinks choice from all the options offered. To confirm this or to check on ingredients an enquiry option will expand on the contents of the meal. To maintain a high level of service , the customer can choose from the options offered with the meal for vegetables or extras. The meals get printed out in the kitchen where they are controlled on the serving of the tables and over time tables are highlighted.

Apart from the ease of serving meals , choice of extra items and serving requests are easy to take hence maintaining a high level of customer service
The meals can be taken in any order and printed out in the kitchen in starter, mains and puddings as well as splitting hot and cold preparation points
The restaurant system is avaialble as a variation of the epos system and saves having to deal with two system suppliers
CAN I CHECK WHAT THE MEAL CONTAINS, FOR EXAMPLE IF THE CUSTOMER HAS A NUT ALLERGY ?
The touch screen is split into buttons for meals and further menus for choices by requesting to enquire on the meal option you can see the meal and its components
HOW DO I SETUP AND MAINTAIN THE TOUCH MENUS ?
What products go with which button is a setup routine program allowing the supervisor to change the menu for different times of the year or different serving areas.
CAN I ENSURE I DO NOT SELL MEALS WE ARE OUT OF ?
the system counts down the main meals as they sell and so by setting how many meals you have available at the start of service the till will warn you to check with the kitchen if you appear to have run out
