I’m currently trading

Installation into businesses which are already open and trading is something we are very experienced in doing.

We are very adept at dealing with this situation, and know how to minimise the impact on your business.

We will always make sure you are able to trade, and keep your customers happy.

If you are swapping systems, this process is pretty painless as we do all the work converting you data for you.

You will just be required to check it over, add any additional fields and setup and required promotions.

For new buisnesses, the pressure is different.

Usually there is building work or renovation happening, and this inevitably pushes things back many times. This does generally give you more time to work on your data.

What about my staff?

We will train as many members of staff as we can during the installation both on the tills and in the back office.

Whether you want us to train everyone, or just the senior members is up to you.

Some businesses prefer us to just train the senior members, so they can then relay the information with the businesses own procedures in place.

We have manuals which we will provide as a reference once we have left, and we are always at the end of the phone with Support.

Installation Journey

We endeavour to make the installation process as harmonious and coordinated as possible.

Pre Installation

Work begins long before we arrive onsite to get the system up and running. Working together we complete as much of the data as possible in order to structure the system to your business.

This includes entering as much product data as possible, group structures, supplier lists, staff members, discount schemes plus much much more.

Installation & Training

Onsite training is provided to all key members of staff before going live.

Being able to sit down face to face and go through the system is the best way of retaining information.

This basic training will be enough to get you through the first few weeks of having a new EPoS system.

Training is provided by an experienced garden centre manager and previous user of our system.

Going Live

The day you go live, at least one of our experienced engineers will be onsite for the duration of your trading day.

This gives you the reassurance everything will go smoothly as we will be on hand to resolve any issues.

It also helps give staff extra confidence for those first few transactions, as we will be standing next to them at the till ready to help if needed.

Follow Up

A few weeks after going live, you will be more than confident with using the basics of the system.

We will then return and go through the next stage of training, covering enquiries and reporting, purchase orders, goods inwards; the more advanced parts of the system.

From then on our Support is available 8am – 8pm 7 days a week, 362 days a year.

Our support is second to none, just ask any of our current users.
